Last updated: May 20, 2026. These terms cover public use of Proofify.io and early-access requests. Product subscriptions, pilots, and deployments require separate written agreements.
1. Use Of The Site
Proofify.io is provided for product information, early-access requests, and enterprise partnership conversations. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to related systems.
2. Early Access
Early-access requests do not create a service commitment, delivery obligation, or production subscription. Proofify may accept, decline, prioritize, or pause early-access participation at its discretion.
3. Information Accuracy
Public-site content describes product direction and current capabilities at a high level. Operational, legal, technical, and commercial commitments require a signed agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Proofify.io, ProofSuite concepts, product names, interface designs, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by Swiss Logistics Consulting GmbH or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
5. Liability
The public site is provided as-is for informational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Proofify is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from site use.
